HOW IT WORKS
How the engagement runs.
We usually start with a Brand & Funnel Review: where your readers come from, where they stall between free and paid, and a prioritized plan you keep whether or not we work together further.
From there, we do the work, not just the plan. Copy, creative, emails and campaigns are built, scheduled and shipped, and nothing goes out without your approval. Projects have a fixed scope and endpoint, ongoing work runs as a retainer, and terms are agreed in writing before anything starts.
We track the numbers a subscription business runs on: where paying subscribers come from, what they cost to acquire, and how long they stay. Everything we make for you is yours once it's paid for, and your list and subscriber data stay in your own accounts.
Financial marketing has its own rules. We write within each platform's rules for financial promotions, keep performance claims out of your marketing unless you can support them, and have you confirm any figure in writing before it's used. Your research and your investment views stay yours.
